Guests at The Paloma Resort were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast included in their stay, enjoying a nice selection of options and even referring to it as a gourmet breakfast. Those who were looking for a better breakfast selection were not let down and one guest even appreciated the vegan option. However, some did have a less than satisfactory experience with the breakfast with comments on the limited choice and mediocre quality, as well as issues with coffee not being restocked and the space being tight and awkward. Overall, while there were some areas for improvement, the majority of guests had a positive experience with the breakfast at the hotel.

The Paloma Resort boasts newly-renovated rooms that are modern and bright. Guests rave about the spacious, beautifully-decorated accommodations, which include 2-bedroom suites with good closet and storage space. The bathrooms are especially noteworthy for their size and ample storage. The suites also feature larger-than-usual fridges, back balconies and separate living/dining areas. The property is new and beautifully maintained with exceptional service from staff. All necessary amenities are aptly appointed in the well laid out and comfortable rooms and the mini bar is superb. While some guests mention issues with humidity or discomfort in certain rooms, most agree that all of the rooms are terrific spaces, making for a comfortable stay.

If you're looking for a resort where you'll receive exceptional service from friendly, helpful staff, The Paloma Resort is the perfect destination for you. Many guests praised the staff, calling them lovely, great and super friendly. Although some mentioned that the staff lacked experience or were disorganized, most found the service to be exceptional from start to finish. Special thanks were given to Yesenia for her outstanding service and the manager was described as extremely accommodating. Guests also noted that the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful and the pool bartender was particularly great. While there were some mixed reviews about the front desk staff's welcoming attitude, most found the staff to be friendly and even mentioned them as a highlight of their stay.

If you're looking for a luxurious stay with a stunning pool, The Paloma Resort is the perfect choice. The pool here is not just beautiful, but also very relaxing. With a refreshing poolside bar, you can enjoy drinks and snacks while unwinding by the water.

One of the best things about the pool area is how warm the water is. Whether it's day or night, you can take a dip and feel completely comfortable. It's no wonder why most guests fell in love with the pool and had an amazing time.

The service around the pool was simply outstanding. Staff offered top-notch cocktails and tapas, while multiple seating options and cabanas were provided to ensure everyone had the best time possible. The views from the pool area are equally spectacular and you could easily spend hours lounging under the Palm Springs sun.

The pool drink menu also caught the attention of many guests with its great variety of options. Although the pool is safe, children should always be supervised and unfortunately, there were some issues with the heated pool and hot tub on some occasions.

Nonetheless, the pool is undoubtedly fun and it's a great central gathering area. So, whether you're here with family, friends or alone, you'll definitely want to come back to The Paloma Resort again and again.
