The hotel has great energy conservation practices in place everywhere. However, some small things fell short of expectations for a hotel of such high quality. The hotel staff is very accommodating and attentive to guest needs and the service provided is second to none. One guest complained to reception about needing dinner in the room and housekeeping staff came around 1.5 hours before check-in to try and clean the room whist the guest was still asleep. Additionally, there is no breakfast included in the room rate, making it seem pricey for what it is. Overall, Dakota Glasgow will be the first choice of the traveler when visiting Glasgow.
