The spacious common areas and friendly, attentive staff add to the accommodation's charm, despite the challenges posed by a large shared dormitory with around 80 beds.
The hostel’s cleanliness receives a mix of reviews, though many guests commend the general upkeep and comfort of the sleeping facilities along the Camino trail. It is perfectly situated on the main street, surrounded by an array of bars, restaurants and shops, ensuring guests have everything they need within easy reach. Despite its central position, soundproofed rooms provide a quiet retreat.
Guests consistently praise the clean, stylish and well-maintained rooms, which, despite being compact in size, offer modern amenities and comfortable beds. Each room is noted for its tasteful decor and functional furnishings, often featuring private, immaculate bathrooms well-stocked with toiletries.
The friendly and attentive staff are repeatedly highlighted for their excellent service, going above and beyond to recommend local dining options and ensure a comfortable stay. The manager, Inés, receives special commendation for her dedication and helpfulness. The welcoming atmosphere is enhanced by the staff's genuine hospitality and effective communication.
Cleanliness is another strong point with guests frequently remarking on how spotless and fresh the rooms and communal areas are. The bright and modern interior, coupled with meticulous attention to cleanliness, creates a pleasant and inviting environment.
However, the wifi service has garnered consistent criticism with guests reporting frequent connectivity issues that detract from an otherwise positive experience. Additionally, the setup as a shared apartment and the lack of certain services like on-site breakfast and laundry could be seen as limitations.
