Those who like the heat will appreciate the sauna with a cold-water route outside the facility. One guest even received a complimentary voucher for use of the spa facilities, proving it to be a memorable and 'amazing' experience. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to fully enjoy their spa experience with one guest noting that it was 'very disappointing' that it was closed due to covid.
