Guests who stayed at the hotel hailed it as a "przepiękny kamerlny nowy hotel" and "מלון חדש" which in Polish and Hebrew translate to "beautiful new room" and "new hotel" respectively. The domotic system, however, needs improvement according to some guests. Nevertheless, for most travellers, the hotel surpassed their expectations and they rated it with high marks.
