The package is very generous and convenient with free access to children's clubs, table tennis, mini golf and more. However, some guests found the quality of the cocktails and drinks to be poor and there were additional hidden charges for branded alcohol. Booking all-inclusive restaurants was also difficult. Despite some shortcomings, the staff and animation were fantastic and the overall organization was top-notch. While the food was not always diverse, guests generally found it tasty and satisfying. Overall, the resort provides good value for an all-inclusive vacation, however, don't expect it to be a 5-star experience.
