The hotel excels in providing a delightful guest experience, largely due to its spacious and impeccably clean rooms, which are described as cozy, beautifully decorated, and well-maintained. The friendly and helpful staff, particularly manager Scott, further enhance this experience, consistently providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth, stress-free check-in process. The pleasant demeanor and proactive attitude of the staff are frequently highlighted, contributing significantly to guests leaving satisfied and eager to return.
Breakfast at Comfort Suites Greenville is generally well-received, with guests appreciating the variety, freshness, and warmth of the offerings each morning; highlights include the waffles, which are a hit with families. Although there are occasional critiques concerning specific items and the early end time, overall, the breakfast experience remains fulfilling and satisfactory for most.
While the indoor pool offers a year-round relaxation option, there are some concerns about operational status and cleanliness, so potential visitors are advised to confirm pool availability before arrival. Bedding receives mixed reviews; many guests enjoy the comfort, while others face challenges with firmness and noise.
