Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
Supreme Inns enjoys positive reviews largely due to its excellent location, outstanding cleanliness, friendly staff and comfortable accommodations. Conveniently located just off the A17, the hotel serves as an ideal hub for both leisure and business travelers. Its proximity to local attractions, scenic settings and easy access to nearby destinations like Norwich and Skegness makes it a popular choice for various travel needs.
Guests frequently commend Supreme Inns for its spacious and clean rooms, which often surpass expectations. The rooms are described as well-maintained, spotless and equipped with modern amenities like hairdryers and coffee-making facilities. The comfortable beds, though receiving mixed reviews regarding their firmness, generally contribute to a restful stay. Additionally, the hotel's cleanliness stands out with many visitors noting the fresh, tidy environment from the moment they arrive.
The staff at Supreme Inns are another highlight, known for their exceptional friendliness and professionalism. From efficient check-ins to accommodating special requests, the personnel, including a highly praised manager named Conor, endeavor to create a welcoming and hospitable atmosphere, enhancing the overall guest experience.
Although the hotel offers free WiFi, its reliability can vary depending on room location with some areas experiencing weaker signals. This, however, does not overshadow the benefits of the complimentary service for most guests.
Dining at Supreme Inns receives mixed feedback primarily due to inconsistencies in availability. When the restaurant is open, the meals are highly regarded for their quality and freshness with specific dishes like the homemade steak pie earning special mention. The closures due to staffing issues and COVID-19 restrictions have led to guest frustrations, but the high standard of food quality when available somewhat mitigates these issues.
On the downside, breakfast services at Supreme Inns have been notably disappointing. Many guests expressed dissatisfaction with the lack of a traditional hot breakfast and the substitution of pre-packaged "breakfast to go" boxes. This aspect significantly impacts the overall guest experience, indicating an area for improvement.
In summary, Supreme Inns stands out for its strategic location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and excellent staff. The dining services, while praised for quality, require more consistency to enhance guest satisfaction fully. Despite some minor drawbacks, Supreme Inns delivers a largely positive and comfortable stay for its guests.
