The hotel is a nice place to stay in Queenstown and some guests even noted it was the best stay of their South Island trip. Although one guest noted that while the service and lobby were five star level, they couldn't quite call it a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, it is a beautiful hotel that guests can't wait to come back to.
