While it may not be the best spot for singles looking for nightlife, families will find it perfect. At the bar, the live music creates a great ambiance in the evening. The resort's food is ordinary with the exception of La Hoya, which is fantastic. Their little nightclub is fun, but needs better promotion to attract more guests. Though the pool area is great for smoking, there's not much to do at night. The shows and fireworks are amazing, but could use better entertainment. Some suggested playing music around the pool or having a disco on the beach. The location is suitable with Coco Bongo and Senor Frog's a quick walk away. Overall, the stay is pleasant, but some guests hope for more fun at night.

Additionally, some noted that the nightly entertainment starts and ends too early for their liking and there could be more variety in the entertainment offered. Despite these minor criticisms, guests still appreciate the efforts made by the hotel to keep them entertained, including live music performances by a guitarist at sunset in the pool.
