Aries Hotel is highly praised for its tranquil and strategic location, providing an ideal base for exploring Lake Maggiore and nearby attractions. Guests appreciate its proximity to the lake, beaches, restaurants, and public transport, with a convenience store just minutes away. The serene surroundings alongside efficient connectivity are complemented by exceptionally helpful and friendly staff, whose attentiveness and hospitality make a significant positive impact on visitors' experiences.
Breakfast at Aries is generally well-received, with a varied buffet offering a satisfying start to the day. While some guests note inconsistencies in quality and selection, the breakfast experience is largely enhanced by the friendliness of the staff and the option to dine on the terrace. The hotel's rooms are regarded as clean, functional, and comfortable, suitable for groups of up to four people. Although some guests report the rooms can be small and the building dated, cleanliness remains a standout feature, with daily towel changes and spacious bathrooms. The air-conditioned spaces offer a respite from warmer weather, further contributing to guest comfort.
The staff at Aries are frequently praised for their warmth, kindness, and willingness to assist, including their friendly demeanor towards pet owners. This exceptional service amplifies the overall enjoyment of guests' stays, even as parking presents occasional challenges. Visitors find the available parking sufficient but recommend verifying availability upon booking. Beds receive mixed reviews, with general comfort noted, though improvements in mattress quality are suggested.
Despite minor issues with parking and bedding, Aries Hotel continues to be a favored choice for travelers seeking a serene, clean, and hospitable stay near Lake Maggiore, where staff dedication ensures a welcoming atmosphere and an enjoyable guest experience.
