While some guests were disappointed with the resort facilities and felt that level of service was not up to a 4-star standard, others found the room and location to be excellent and the value for money very good. The breakfast wasn't up to par for some, but the snorkeling is amazing and the views and food were 5-star in others' opinions. Keep in mind that despite the four-star rating, some visitors didn't feel like it lived up to the price, even on the Adults only side.

The facilities are easy to navigate and the staff is wonderful, making the stay very good. Although some guests found the rooms to be a bit dated and the breakfast poor unless upgraded, the overall value is good for the price. While some may argue it's not quite a 4-star rating, most guests enjoyed their stay and found it to be a great option for families.
