The superb villas boast stunning interior and exterior design and although some guests noted some maintenance issues, these were quickly resolved by the dedicated team. The overall standard of the hotel was above the usual Banyan Tree standard with one guest describing it as a "fantasy stay". The tranquility, setting and level of standing were also praised, although some guests did note the high prices. Regardless, the hotel received high praise overall with one guest stating "there is no competition for this hotel in this town specifically". Despite some disappointing elements including poor reception service and a disappointing price-quality ratio, the hotel is a truly magnificent experience and bravo must be given to the entire staff team.
