Panoramahotel Kühbergalp offers a stay that exceeds typical expectations for a three-star hotel. Guests frequently note that the hotel's offerings go beyond a standard three-star experience despite its official rating. However, the facilities reflect an older charm, prompting comments about outdated rooms, old kitchenettes and carpets needing replacement. Some parts of the hotel, including the showers, are in need of upkeep. On a positive note, renovations are underway, promising future improvements. Overall, while the hotel faces some challenges in meeting its advertised three-star superior level, guests appreciate the effort to enhance the quality of services and facilities beyond the typical three-star standard.
