However, there were a few guests who did have an excellent experience at the spa with some even receiving two complimentary treatments. While there were no specific mentions of the spa outside of these comments, a guest named Maria was apparently particularly helpful during one guest's time there. In any case, if you're hoping for a private pool in your room, that seems to be an option - although this seems to be a better bet than the hotel's rather misleading spa offerings.

Covid has impacted the spa's availability, but when it's open, guests can enjoy a pool with jacuzzi and various options for relaxing in the water. The diverse pools are 'phenomenal' with a pool bar and food and drink service directly to your sunbed if you choose to indulge. Those who like the heat will appreciate the sauna with a cold-water route outside the facility. One guest even received a complimentary voucher for use of the spa facilities, proving it to be a memorable and 'amazing' experience. Unfortunately, not everyone was able to fully enjoy their spa experience with one guest noting that it was 'very disappointing' that it was closed due to covid. Overall though, if you're looking for a rejuvenating spa retreat, the Atrium Palace Thalasso Spa Resort and Villas is definitely worth considering.
