The Hassler Roma is a regal, old hotel that has beautifully appointed, large, renovated rooms that are quiet and peaceful. The facilities are clean with spacious rooms and a relaxing atmosphere. The guest rooms are out of this world and guests appreciate the large, spacious rooms with big bathrooms and walk-in closets. Although some guests found the rooms a bit worn out and smaller than more recently built 5-star hotels, they still appreciated the cleanliness, size and quietness. Some guests had minor complaints, such as the lack of a bathtub, double beds or coffee machines or the presence of dust or strange noises. However, the staff members were always attentive and accommodating, fulfilling special requests and offering a personalized touch that makes the hotel feel private and special.
