Caroline, the supervisor at the lounge, provided "First Class" service and the staff overall were described as friendly. However, there were a couple of negative experiences with unhelpful staff members, including one who had their legs on a chair and another who accused a guest of having a meal they didn't have. Despite these isolated incidents, the customer service at this hotel is top-notch according to many guests' reviews. Non-English speaking guests also praised the staff in their own languages, noting their warmth and attentiveness. Overall, the hotel's location, decor and most importantly, its exceptional staff, make it a wonderful choice for travelers.
