The resort offers a variety of stunning beaches to enjoy during your stay with Mermaid Beach and Grotto Beach offering some of the best snorkeling experiences on the island. Although some guests encountered a few rude or unhelpful staff members, most found the staff to be exceptionally nice and friendly, making their stay at the resort an enjoyable and unforgettable experience. Despite some inconveniences, the resort is still worth considering if you're looking for a luxurious stay.

The modern, romantic rooms with all the amenities you need are beautiful and spacious with some rooms having concrete coverings that block the view of the water a bit. The staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Although the hotel lacks an elevator, the excellent customer service and reasonable pricing make up for it. Overall, The Waves at Cane Bay is definitely worth every penny and offers an unforgettable stay.
