'Au Tapis de Sable' hotel is a charming property with a few minor improvements that could make it perfect. The hotel has a protective gate on the terrace that distracts from the view, but it is expected to be changed soon. The hotel does not have an elevator, which may make it difficult for guests with mobility issues. Additionally, the shower is small and does not have a curtain, making it challenging not to wet the floor. Despite these small shortcomings, guests appreciate the comfortable rooms, direct beach access and peaceful setting. The staff is pleasant and breakfast can be enjoyed in the dining room or in-room. The hotel has a few gripes from guests, but it remains a lovely choice for a coastal vacation.

Hôtel Corniche du Liouquet is a highly regarded destination lauded for its exceptional location, cleanliness, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Nestled above a picturesque small bay, the hotel offers breathtaking sea views and a tranquil atmosphere while being conveniently close to La Ciotat and Les Lecques. The serene and scenic location allows for easy access to charming, less touristy beaches and a picturesque pine grove, making it an attractive choice for travelers seeking both a retreat and exploration opportunities.
The hotel's rooms are praised for their modern decor, spaciousness and cleanliness. Guests enjoy the beautiful sea views from their balconies and terraces and the rooms are well-equipped with essential amenities, including particularly comfortable beds. Though some rooms are noted to be on the smaller side, the overall comfort and tasteful furnishings make up for it.
The breakfast at the hotel is well-regarded, featuring a variety of fresh, homemade items including pastries, cakes and real orange juice. The hearty and generous portions cater to a wide range of tastes, enhancing the morning experience. Although some guests mentioned that the breakfast prices could be high and the selection could include more savory options, the quality and atmosphere remain strong positives.
Despite the lack of an in-house dinner option, two nearby restaurants provide excellent alternatives with Roche Belle being a standout. Guests appreciate the proximity of these dining options but should be prepared for the possibility of needing reservations and a short walk or drive for a broader selection.
The staff at Hôtel Corniche du Liouquet receive unanimous praise for their friendliness, attentiveness and high level of professionalism. Their willingness to provide advice on local attractions and activities adds a personal touch to the guest experience. The staff’s exceptional service amplifies the overall positive experience at the hotel.
Cleanliness is another standout feature of the hotel with guests frequently commending the spotless and well-maintained state of the rooms and the entire property. This meticulous attention to cleanliness contributes to a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Parking at the hotel is secure and convenient, though it comes with a fee of about €8 per day. Some guests found the access to the parking area challenging due to the sloped terrain, but the on-site parking remains a significant benefit for those driving.
In summary, Hôtel Corniche du Liouquet offers a sublime blend of serene beauty, comfort and excellent service, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat with convenient access to coastal attractions.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Accessible' category
Summarized by AI
Le Fregate Provence offers a mixed experience when it comes to accessibility for guests with disabilities. While the hotel provides a spacious bathroom intended for use by disabled guests, it lacks specialized equipment that would make the space fully functional for their needs. Accessibility throughout the property seems inconsistent, with some guests voicing concerns about questionable access routes and a notable absence of facilities catered to individuals with reduced mobility. An added inconvenience reported is related to the pool area, where the elevator crucial for disabled and stroller access was out of order during some stays, compounding the difficulty in accessing facilities. On a brighter note, the spa, fitness room, and swimming pool are open to all guests without incurring extra charges, although the spa's ambiance may not be conducive to relaxation due to the presence of children. Overall, it appears there are areas where the hotel could enhance its provisions for accessibility to better accommodate guests with disabilities.
