Despite a room problem that took several interactions with different staff members to sort out, guests still felt that the staff were well-trained and attentive to their needs. From the front of house team to the gardeners, all staff members were praised for their service. The staff made guests feel welcome from the moment they arrived with VIP service and excellent guides.
