Despite having to pay extra for the spa, guests found it to be well worth a visit with a nice, relaxing and chilled atmosphere. The spa area is fantastic and includes a massive massage pool with amazing views. Guests also enjoyed facials and massages in the immaculately clean spa, while the spa staff was exceptional. However, some were disappointed that the spa facilities let down the hotel as a whole and felt it was a rip-off. Despite this, guests still loved their stay at the Cary Arms & Spa, even though the spa facilities were not available due to present health circumstances. Plus, the fabulous sunrise and sunsets added to the already great experience.
