The staff are welcoming and friendly, going as far as offering homemade tea and biscuits upon arrival. While there were some comments about the slightly dated facilities being more suited for three stars, overall the hotel is highly recommended for both business and leisure travel. The only downside mentioned was the parking being available at an additional cost, which was communicated after booking. Despite this, guests found it impossible to find any other faults with this great hotel.
