The hotel's strategic location stands out as a major benefit, being just a short drive from the airport and close to major highways and train stations, making it highly convenient for travelers. Despite some noise from nearby train tracks and a challenging garage entrance, the overall accessibility and ease of navigation add to its appeal.
Breakfast offerings receive mixed reviews; while many guests find it satisfactory and praise the quality, variety and freshness, others feel there is room for improvement. The quality of the coffee, spaciousness and welcoming environment of the dining area are positively noted, although some guests have encountered issues with the variety and temperature of the food.
Rooms at Life Hotel are described as small but clean and comfortable, providing a cozy stay. Guests frequently highlight the cleanliness and comfort of the beds. The compact size of some rooms, especially family rooms and bathrooms, is noted, but overall, the hotel delivers good value for money.
Cleanliness is a strong point with organized and spotless rooms upon arrival frequently mentioned. Although some minor issues are reported, such as occasional dirty sheets and areas needing better bathroom cleaning, the general consensus is that the hotel maintains a high standard of hygiene.
The staff at Life Hotel receive widespread praise for their excellent service, friendliness and attentiveness. Guests appreciate the efficient check-in process and the team's willingness to assist with any issues, contributing significantly to a pleasant and accommodating environment.
One notable drawback is the parking situation, which guests often find inconvenient and challenging. The parking facility's distance from the main entrance, unpleasant surroundings and shared arrangement with a neighboring motel are common points of dissatisfaction.
Lastly, guests frequently mention the beds as comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. While there are a few minor concerns, such as the occasional need for mattress and pillow replacement, the overall feedback indicates a high level of comfort.
In summary, Life Hotel excels in its strategic location, cleanliness, staff service and comfortable beds with some areas needing improvement, particularly breakfast offerings and parking conditions.
