The outdoor pool is often highlighted as a beautiful and clean feature, providing ample space for relaxation. Nonetheless, the water temperature of the unheated pool can be a deterrent for some. Despite occasional maintenance issues, the pool remains a well-regarded feature.
Parking facilities at Hotel Casa del Sol could be improved, as guests find the limited capacity and distant secondary parking spots inconvenient. The parking areas are described as small and sometimes unsecured, leading to frustration among guests.
Family-friendliness is another positive aspect with spacious rooms suitable for families and a safe environment for children. The pool is a favorite among kids and the overall ambiance caters well to family needs.
Beds receive mixed reviews with many guests finding them comfortable and conducive to a good night's sleep. However, some criticisms revolve around the condition of mattresses and cleanliness of linens, suggesting room for improvement in these areas.
