The hotel is located on a barren plain, so don't expect any breathtaking views, but the staff is lovely and the facilities, although a bit worn out, are still very good. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, breakfast options were limited during our guests' stay, but the effort to control noisy guests was appreciated. Overall, while there were some minor issues, the Hampton Inn Santee is still a solid choice for travelers passing through the area.
