Location
Hotel Aziza is a charming property with a great location in Sarajevo, just a short walk from the old Baščaršija Square and many restaurants and attractions. The hotel is situated up on a hill, offering lovely views of the city, but the uphill walk may be challenging for some guests. Despite this, the location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from the city center and all amenities. Guests appreciate the proximity to the main walking street and other sightseeing areas and the hotel is very close to Aliya İzzetbegoviç Museum. However, some guests mention that the walk uphill may be tiring, especially with luggage or after a long day of exploring. Nonetheless, the hotel's location provides a perfect base for exploring Sarajevo and its many attractions.

Breakfast
Guests of Hotel Aziza praise the hotel's breakfast with a wide selection of food options to satisfy every taste. There are numerous positive reviews, noting exceptional, fantastic and delicious breakfasts with varied and locally sourced ingredients. There are vegetarian options and the staff is attentive to guests' requests for more food options. There are some negative reviews, but they are in the minority with guests mentioning the breakfast's limited options or the need for more pastries. Rooms
Hotel Aziza boasts of super nice and spacious rooms that are well furnished with comfortable beds and pillows, making it an ideal place to rest and work. The rooms are modern, clean and have warm floors, making it a cozy space for guests seeking a comfortable stay. Spacious bathrooms with bidets, elevators and plenty of space for two people are some of the highlights of the rooms. Some rooms also offer fantastic views of the cityscape. The hotel provides a sauna and Junior Suite on the 3rd floor comes with a sauna. The staff is polite and positive, making guests feel at home. While some rooms face busy roads and might be noisy, the stay is comfortable and well worth it.

Beds
Hotel Aziza offers a great stay in the heart of Sarajevo's Old Town. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with super comfy beds and pillows. Guests note that they slept like babies each night thanks to the firm and enormous beds. The main blanket could use some improvement but the overall comfort of the beds outweighs this small negative. Some rooms may have two twin beds pushed together instead of a double bed, but this may suit different travelers' preferences. Unfortunately, some guests found the beds to be too small or uncomfortable. Overall, Hotel Aziza provides big, comfy and comfortable beds for a restful night's sleep.

Cleanliness
Hotel Aziza is a clean and comfortable option for travelers on a budget. The staff is friendly and attentive to detail, ensuring everything is always spotless. The rooms are modern and well-maintained with clean bathrooms that have plenty of amenities. Some reviewers noted street noise, but overall, the hotel is quiet and peaceful. Guests can enjoy a decent breakfast and take in the fantastic views of the city from the junior suite. While there were a few issues with towels and forgotten room cleanings, these were exceptions to an otherwise exceptionally clean and well-kept hotel.
