The Foodworks Restaurant offers wonderfully delicious food with many describing meals as 'to die for'. The hotel offers spacious and comfortable rooms with plush beds and clean facilities. The leisure facilities are excellent, including the pool, jacuzzi and sauna, which are all very clean. The staff is friendly, polite and professional and the attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. The hotel is also very accommodating towards pets with beds, bowls and treats supplied for furry friends. The Lancaster House Hotel is a great place to stay for families with plenty of activities for children. The beds are superbly comfortable and guests can expect to have a great night's sleep. While some guests feel that the hotel needs refurbishment to maintain its reputation, overall, guests seem to have an enjoyable stay. The hotel provides great dog amenities and is an inclusive and excellent place to stay.
