The spa amenities and pool facilities were superb and guests loved their deep tissue massages and the cold plunge. While some guests found the spa and Crave Cafe overpriced, the majority thought the experience was worth the money. A few guests did run into issues with the spa air conditioning and some locker room facilities, but overall, guests reported a positive experience. The location next to Camelback Mountain, cleanliness, friendly staff and great food all added to the overall experience, making this one of the best hotel experiences for many. Although the spa services were basic and the spa was limited, guests said it was beautiful and they would definitely visit again.
