Menta City Boutique Hotel is a great option for those looking to stay in the heart of Rethymno without the hassle of city parking. The location is convenient for walking to the city center and the facilities are clean and appealing. While some guests noted that the hill leading to the hotel can be challenging for those with mobility issues, the overall location is peaceful and within walking distance of the city's main attractions. The hotel offers accessible rooms, but some guests noted minor issues with bathroom fixtures. Although the street leading to the hotel can be poorly lit and the sidewalks narrow, this is not the hotel's fault and does not detract from the overall positive experience.
