The lack of a lift can be problematic for those with heavy bags. It's suggested that the hotel adds more parking information, including the actual address to put in GPS and recommends a nearby public garage called Poljana, which is located 200m away from the hotel with no stairs. Some guests found the prices of the recommended parking options to be expensive.
