One guest even had to insist on having their car parked next to their room. Another guest expressed frustration at having to pay £30 per night for a sofa bed in a family suite. However, guests driving EVs will be pleased to learn that the hotel has EV charging points. Moreover, guests can download the Monta app to help them navigate to a parking space. While there were limited spaces in the car park at the front of the hotel, there is another car park available within walking distance. Overall, parking may be a minor issue at Ellenborough Park, but it is worth enduring for the rest of the wonderful experience the hotel has to offer.
