The hotel earns high marks for its breakfast, renowned for its plentiful and diverse buffet. Guests appreciate the delicious food, fresh breads and creative dishes, all enjoyed on a terrace with fantastic lake views. The restaurant service is efficient and friendly, enhancing the dining experience, though some desire more menu variety and larger portions.

Despite some rooms being described as small or overfurnished, most visitors find them comfortable and cozy. The well-maintained bathrooms and added amenities like terraces provide an extra touch of charm.
Cleanliness is another strong point with both indoor and outdoor spaces well-maintained. Though some minor issues were noted, such as occasional dirt on windows, the overall sentiment is one of satisfaction with the property's tidiness.
The staff at Flair Seehotel Zielow are frequently commended for their friendliness and support. Guests highlight the attentive and accommodating service, which contributes significantly to the hotel's appeal.
However, the hotel's Wi-Fi service, limited to common areas with unreliable connectivity in rooms, does not meet modern expectations. This could be a drawback for those needing consistent internet access.
