Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is reasonably priced but beware of timing due to its proximity to a major sports complex. The staff is exceptional with helpful and nice individuals manning the front desk. The rooms, particularly the suites, are clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. Guests also appreciate the amenities, such as the great selection of TV channels, including the ability to view Netflix. The hotel, however, has some areas requiring improvement, such as the air conditioner not working correctly and the phone buttons for service, valet etc. malfunctioning. In addition, some guests felt that the hotel was overpriced and not up to Marriott's usual standards.
