With COVID-19 restrictions limiting access to public swimming pools, the convenience of having a pool in the room is a major plus. Although the pool water wasn't always promptly refreshed, the staff were still friendly and accommodating. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were both praised by guests, as were the excellent facilities for relaxation such as the sauna. While one guest expressed disappointment with the relaxation pool, most guests appreciated the fantastic breakfast, beautiful scenery and smooth pool maintenance. On the downside, it is worth noting that adjusting the indoor pool temperature requires calling for assistance. Overall, the indoor pool is a major selling point of the Banyan Tree Club & Spa Seoul with a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and rejuvenating stay.
