The breakfast offered was expensive, but the food quality was excellent and superb, providing a variety and freshness of flavors, while the staff provided excellent service. Although some guests noted that the rooms could use some updating, they still found them to be clean and comfortable with comfortable beds and appreciated the traditional style and cozy atmosphere. The hotel's grounds were beautiful and well-maintained and the hotel staff, including the valet parkers and cleaning staff, were exceptional, attentive, professional, friendly, warm hospitality and always willing to help.
