The hotel's setting delivers breathtaking views and immediate access to the serene waters, complemented by well-maintained facilities such as a swimming pool and saunas, enhancing guests’ relaxation experience.
The breakfast service is notably praised for its variety and quality, with a generous buffet featuring homemade products and tasty coffee, although there is room for improvement in expanding regional offerings. Similarly, dinner earns high commendations for its delicious fare, though with a more limited menu during off-peak seasons.
Accommodations are spacious and clean, with neatly decorated rooms providing a comfortable atmosphere. While minor issues like non-working amenities are mentioned, the overall cleanliness and organization are appreciated. The hotel's commitment to maintaining clean and fragrant premises is consistently highlighted, contributing to a welcoming environment.
Staff receive commendations for their professionalism and friendliness, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience, notwithstanding occasional reports of unfriendliness at reception.
The spa experience is well-regarded, offering wonderful facilities that include saunas, a jacuzzi, and a large swimming pool, which guests find especially appealing. The inclusion of these amenities in the accommodation price further enhances the hotel's value.
The parking situation, while spacious, is noted for an additional charge, which seems to be a common inconvenience among guests.
