Former Castle Hotel

Originally built in 1837 and known by the name of Barmore, this baronial manor house was initially made by the MacAlister family. It has been rebuilt ever since by various well-established Scottish architects and designers, and it also boasts an extensive garden and botanical collection. It was eventually sold and opened as a hotel in 1950, offering comfortable and luxurious accommodation, as well as a spectacular setting where guests can admire the lush Scottish greenery and the outstanding landscapes.
