It is a 5-star hotel which met the expectations of its guests. From the moment they arrived until departure, guests experienced exceptional service from the front desk staff. The accommodation was fit for a king with amazing beds and pillows and lovely bathrooms. Although some guests felt that the breakfast could have been better, overall, the hotel was superb. The spa was nice and the valet parking was a plus. Guests highly recommend this hotel and some say they cannot wait to return. However, a few guests felt that certain aspects were not up to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. Despite this, it remains a fanntastic stay and always a 5-star experience.
