ICOLOR HOME & STAY CH3 is well-regarded for its superb location, making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking convenience and accessibility. Positioned centrally, guests benefit from close proximity to essential amenities such as shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and a laundromat. The area is also considered safe for parking, which is a significant advantage for those traveling by car. The guesthouse offers spacious accommodations, with several queen-sized beds that cater well to families and groups, complemented by a nice swimming pool.
The rooms at ICOLOR HOME & STAY CH3 are noted for their generous size and capacity to comfortably accommodate numerous guests. Large, queen-sized beds are available in different rooms, including the master bedroom. The property is generally appreciated for its affordability, spaciousness, and pleasant environment, making it an attractive choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort.
However, reviews on cleanliness present a varied picture. While some guests have found the property clean, others have highlighted issues such as smelly and dirty bed sheets, musty odors, and inadequately cleaned bathrooms. These concerns suggest a need for improvement in maintaining consistent cleanliness standards throughout the accommodation.
Parking is convenient, albeit limited to one space per unit in an uncovered area. While the markings could benefit from being refreshed, the location's accessibility to dining establishments adds to its appeal.
Feedback on the beds varies; while some guests find them comfortable, others have reported issues with uncomfortable mattresses, thin pillows, and occasionally, broken or dusty beds. Despite these mixed reviews, the accommodation's spaciousness and substantial bed provisions remain attractive features.
Overall, ICOLOR HOME & STAY CH3 offers a spacious and generally comfortable stay with excellent location benefits, though improvements in cleanliness and bed comfort would enhance the guest experience further.
