Guest opinions about cleanliness are mixed; while many appreciate the tidiness and comfort, there are concerns about maintenance, including encounters with cockroaches, odors, and occasional dampness. Furthermore, some rooms reportedly suffer from maintenance issues, such as non-functional sliding doors and musty furnishings.
The staff receives praise for their quick response and efficiency with check-ins and check-outs. The host is noted for promptly addressing specific issues. However, some guests experienced unresponsiveness and found the communication style lacking in courtesy. Basic amenities are occasionally missing, and certain maintenance issues have been raised, indicating areas for improvement.
Digital connectivity at SKY PURPLE @CH might not meet modern expectations, as several reviews highlight the absence of Wi-Fi and limited mobile phone signals. However, this lack of connectivity could be seen as an opportunity to enjoy a serene and unplugged environment, surrounded by natural beauty.
Reviews consistently indicate issues with the condition and cleanliness of the bedding. Structural issues, such as non-closing sliding doors, contribute to discomfort, particularly at night.
