Riad Taking Steps Towards Sustainability
Dar al Hossoun is described as the first ecological garden lodge in Morocco and has held the Green Key label since 2012. It utilizes solar panels for hot water and electricity, recycles water from showers and sinks for irrigation, and uses low-consumption lighting. The lodge incorporates traditional building techniques with natural materials and uses local, seasonal, and organic products for its restaurant.
