Hotel Augustin Komfort Leipzig Ihr Zuhause unterwegs receives mixed reviews from guests, particularly concerning its claimed three-star rating. While some guests found the breakfast standard acceptable for a three-star establishment, others felt the accommodation failed to meet the expected cleanliness and maintenance standards of such a rating. Typical complaints included a dirty entrance, traces of mold in the bathrooms, broken fixtures and worn-out mattresses, indicating that the facilities could benefit from some renovations.
Despite these criticisms, several reviewers felt the service was good and highlighted the hotel's cost-effective nature. The price-performance ratio was often deemed appropriate with many guests noting that, for the price paid (around 52 euros for a double room), the hotel sufficed for short stays or single-night bookings. The lack of modern amenities and the dated interior were acknowledged but accepted given the competitive pricing. Essentially, while Hotel Augustin Komfort Leipzig Ihr Zuhause unterwegs may not fully live up to its three-star claim, it offers satisfactory value for budget-conscious travelers.
