Nevertheless, the excellence of the spa experience was commended by almost all guests. The rooftop pool and hot tub were also a particular highlight for guests. Some commented, however, that they were disappointed that the pool/spa closed early, limiting their relaxation time, while others couldn't get in at all because it was fully booked. One guest even said that they wept tears of joy because of the bathtub alone!
