Dimitris House is located in a wonderful neighborhood - the heart of the old town, which is perfect if you want to explore Thessaloniki on foot. It is situated in a calm part of the city that is close to all major tourist attractions and offers affordable accommodation. The apartment is small but spacious and located in the beautiful Ano Poli neighborhood. Guests can enjoy free parking right in front of the hotel. The location is ideal for sightseeing with beautiful viewpoints nearby. There are also nice local restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, guests love the location and highly recommend Dimitris House for its fantastic and peaceful neighborhood.

Dimitris House offers cute and cozy apartments that have everything you need. They are fit for purpose and located in the charming old town. The bedrooms are nice and some apartments have a queen size bed. There are both small and large apartments available. The accommodation is simple, yet clean and welcoming. However, some of the apartments may not be suitable for more than two or three adults and a few guests complained about the lack of space or comfort for larger groups. Also, one guest reported that their flat was dirty and had a heavy smell and another mentioned rusty furniture in the toilet cupboard.
