The facilities on offer surpass expectations and the hotel is definitely a nice place to unwind and relax. Some guests were a little disappointed that their villa or unit was shut off in a corner and would have preferred a quieter location. However, this did not detract from their overall enjoyment of the hotel. A few guests mentioned that housekeeping seemed to be short staffed, but this was not a major issue. The only downside mentioned by a small number of guests was that the price was too high, but most felt that the hotel offered good value for money.
