The reception manager, Mr. Shalindra, goes above and beyond to fulfill all requests, big or small. While some minor inconveniences were noted, the majority of feedback is overwhelmingly positive with the staff being described as kind, pleasant and amazing. All requests were met and guests were made to feel right at home thanks to the wonderful staff at the Avani Kalutara Resort.
