The Urgoo hotel is a great choice for those looking for a convenient and exceptional location in downtown Ulaanbaatar. Located just minutes away from Sukhbaatar Square, the hotel is within walking distance to main tourist attractions, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. Guests enjoyed the museum view right outside their window and the spacious and quiet rooms with well-set-up bathrooms. The staff was described as excellent, wonderful and friendly by guests, who praised their ability to speak English well and their willingness to help. Although some furniture in the rooms could use refurbishing, this did not detract from the overall positive experience. The only downside was that some guests mentioned their rooms were chilly.
