The hotel is just 100 metres from the main beach, where you can find numerous bars and restaurants. Guests rave about the fabulous ocean views from their rooms with many mentioning it's the best sea view in Sri Lanka. The location is unbeatable, being situated right on the beachfront. The hotel is also conveniently situated near restaurants and is a short walk from the famous Unawatuna beach. Despite being slightly away from the tourist hub, it's only a 10-minute walk to reach the bustling area with plenty of cafes.
