The staff consistently receive high marks for their friendliness and attentiveness, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Cleanliness, however, presents a mixed experience at St. António 49. While some guests appreciate the tidiness of the rooms and common areas, concerns arise regarding outdated facilities and hygiene inconsistencies, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen.
