It offers an underground cave hot pool, a jacuzzi, a steam room and a plunge pool, which guests can book for an hour of private use (great idea for COVID restrictions). Unfortunately, some guests have noted that the facilities were not always working properly and the jacuzzi was not warm enough to be considered a hot tub. However, those who enjoyed the spa experience found it to be out of this world and next to non and the massages offered were also fabulous. The spa area is beautifully decorated and offers a lovely atmosphere for unwinding with the added bonus of having the area all to yourself. The staff members of the spa are also described as lovely souls, making it an excellent addition to your Palazzo Consiglia stay.
